- You need to dig deep in order to uncover what your mentee believes, which allows you to challenge them in a more impactful way. The way you think ultimately determines what you can achieve.
- You have to understand what it really means to be successful as a mentor. You have to ask yourself if your mentee has made progress. If the answer is yes, then the mentorship was successful.
