O’Neil Blake Football – How to Increase Your Endurance and Stamina

Feather River College, Defensive Backs Coach, O’Neil Blake is a former college football player who knows a thing or two about sports training. As a football player, there are key elements that play a role in your physical development. Along with your weight lifting routine, you have to include sessions that will help you increase both your endurance and stamina. Here are some tips to help you improve both your stamina and endurance as a football player.

1. Midseason training will help you keep your work capacity levels high. The day after the game is a great time to include fast-paced workouts with light weights, only resting minimally in between. Two days after the game, complete a second full-body workout, only this time use a little heavier weights. The intensity of the workout is the key to this strategy. Sticking to this type of workout will take discipline, but you will quickly find it will set you apart from your teammates that don’t push themselves by training during the season.

2.Training in the offseason is just as important. When you are in the weight room, start each workout with fifteen to twenty reps. Follow this routine for the first six weeks, progressing down to twelve to fifteen reps for the next six weeks. As you do this, make sure to increase the weights. Finally, reduce the reps to eight to twelve, adding weight appropriately. This allows your body the greatest gains and gives your body the proper foundation.

3.Field training in the offseason is also an important part of increasing your stamina and endurance. When you start your program, begin with linear running. You’ll want to slowly progress your reps from three to six. After a few weeks of participating in linear running, start working the sprint ladder. After several weeks, you’ll want to start adding power endurance development exercises into your routine. Start incorporating various exercises into your routine, including linear running, plyos, flexibility, and change of direction all within a single workout. The most important factor in this workout is the quality of your technique. You want to be conscious of your pace and be sure not to push yourself too hard. This type of workout should be completed two to three times per week.

Football players need to be able to play hard for four quarters. Players today have the advantage of better training methods that provide athletes with the tools to help them maximize their performance. O’Neil Blake Football played college football for Lenoir-Ryne University for three years, being named a NCAA Division II All-American Player of the Year and earning the All-South Atlantic Conference honors in 2013.

In order to be a successful student, you need to take notes. Note taking is essential when you’re working toward your degree, no matter the level of education. Whether you take notes on your laptop or in your notebook, you need to make sure you take down the important information, and you know what you’re writing so you can refer to it later. Develop a shorthand so that you can take notes even faster.

Study in groups. Studying in groups will go a long way in preparation for a test, quiz, or final exam. If you can both answer and explain answers to your peers in a group setting, you’ll know that you’re prepared for the material being covered on the examination. It also gives you the chance to help out other students who may not have as good a grasp on the material as you do.

Finally, find something to study each night. If you do a little bit of studying each night, you’ll find that you need much less time to prepare for an upcoming exam. Breaking down the workload will also help you get things done on time and stress free.

O’Neil Blake – Understanding Three Key Aspects of Competitive Football

O’Neil Blake is a successful football player who has been working hard in the sport for most of his life. He played both high school and collegiate football, and is currently playing for an international team called the Graz Giants in Austria. In order to be a successful football player, you need to understand these three aspects of the game.

O'Neil Blake Football

First, you need to have a good work ethic. In order to play competitive football and progress to the next level, you need to be able to work for it. The competitive aspects of football don’t start and end on the field; you have to have a competitive drive throughout your career in order to keep getting better. Challenge yourself to set and reach goals in both the long and short-term futures.

Second, you need to be able to work well with others. Your teammates are your family, and it’s important that you put them before yourself. If you can’t work well with your teammates, then you won’t be successful on the field. Football is a team sport, and it takes every player on the field and on the sidelines in order to be successful as a whole. If you play on your own, you won’t achieve your goals.

Third, be a leader. Football takes leaders, and it’s the leaders on the team that progress to the next level in the sport. Figure out what it takes to motivate the people around you, and continue to push yourself and others throughout your career.

O’Neil Blake, Former Collegiate Football Player – Tips for Project Managers in Business

O’Neil Blake is a committed individual who has been working hard for his future as both a football player, and as a healthcare professional. He graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina in 2014 with an undergraduate degree in sociology. He then attended the same institution in order to receive his Masters of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Administration. He is currently playing football at a competitive level for an international team in Austria called the Graz Giants, and he enjoys being abroad and experiencing a new culture while playing the sport he loves.

However, there is more to O’Neil Blake’s future than just football, and he has proven that with his Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. He understands what it takes to be a leader both on and off the field, and he is ready to manage in the professional world. Being a project manager can be stressful, but here are some useful tips for those in similar positions.

In order to be a successful project manager, you need to give your employees space. By giving your employees the space they need to complete their responsibilities, you’re showing them that you know they can handle the work, and that you trust them to work to the best of their abilities. Of course, as the manager, you’re going to want to check in on their work on a regular basis, but there’s a difference between managing, and micromanaging during a project. Showing trust will also help motivate your employees to work harder.

As well as giving your employees space, you also need to keep direct lines of communication open between your team and yourself. This will make it easier to manage the project on a larger scale, and it will help if your team can communicate while they work instead of having to be interrupted by going to several meetings throughout the week. Technology has made it easy for project teams to communicate without having to be face to face, and there are a number of resources a project manager can take advantage of.

Make sure you assign the right people to the right tasks. Part of being a project manager means that you know the people on your team; you need to know what people are suited for what specific tasks. If you assign someone to a specific task that they aren’t equipped for, it could mean trouble for the group and the project as a whole. Get to know the people who you will be working with, and make sure you understand all their strengths and weaknesses. You don’t have to rely solely on your own judgement; take heed of what your employees tell you as well.

Look Deep Into Nature To Understand Life Better!

We are surrounded by nature for a reason! Therefore, we should utilize the different elements nature presents us with as tools to comprehend life. I take pride in growth, and one of the best ways to understand the concept of growth is by looking at any fruit that grows on a tree. Once that fruit is growing it remains green, however, once that same fruit becomes ripe, it starts to rot and will eventually fall of the tree! We should always keep in mind, growth takes time and it might not be recognized when it’s taking place. #nature#understandyoursurroundings #lifeexperiences#positivevibrations #growth #progress #2016#RB4L #excusesarenotaccepted #findaway#inspiration #thewill #believe #football #dbs #frc#memories #thankful #passion #lru #23 #26#WADL.

O’Neil Blak – Tips for Improving Your Game and Skills as a Football Player

O’Neil Blake is a dedicated individual who has worked hard in order to achieve notoriety as a football player, and a recent graduate with a great deal of potential in the healthcare industry. He has been working toward his future since he attended high school at Osceola in Kissimmee, Florida, which is where he moved to from his native Jamaica. As a football player competing at a high level, you need to be working hard in order to improve when you can. Football isn’t just about strength or athleticism; the star players are the ones who have an intimate knowledge of the game itself, and they understand their roles on the field. It takes a balance between learning the game, and building your body. Here are some tips for improvement.
In order to improve on the field, you have to learn the plays. This seems like an obvious tip as a football player, but learning the plays means more than just understanding your own role on a given down. You need to know where your teammates are on the field as well, and what their roles are relative to your own. When you learn what everyone on the field should be doing, you can anticipate and adapt to changes quickly. This will give you the ability to read the opposing team as well.

In addition to learning the plays, you also need to develop relationships with your fellow teammates. Often, a football team is described as a family, and that’s because the players get to know each other closely. You need to develop relationships with your teammates so that you can learn how they think in certain situations; the stronger connection you have to your teammates, the better your ability to communicate and work together on the field.

Lastly, make sure you spend the necessary time building and protecting your body. This means working on your endurance, as well as spending time in the weight room. Building muscle will obviously provide you with an increased strength, but it also protects vital parts of the body from damage during collisions. Increasing your endurance is equally as important because it will keep you from getting tired during the final minutes of the game, which can often be the most important minutes of the game.

O’Neil Blake understands what he has to do in order to improve as a football player for his team, and his teammates. He is currently playing for an Austrian team called the Graz Giants, and he is devoted to being a valuable member of the organization.
